The theme was small piecing for this year. Our guild took the approach of improv piecing with negative space to make our original quilt. We made block kits and distributed to members to make their own improv blocks with small piecing.
We also scheduled a group sew day where members played with layout design and assembled our quilt. After that, another member completed the quilting and another finished with binding and the label. This was such a great experience working together as a guild and working for a great cause!
