Members must register by Nov. 30 2024 to take advantage of member discounts.
NON-Member Registration
Registration for Non-Members opens on September 12, 2024, at 9 a.m. CDT/ 2 p.m. GMT
Onsite Registration
If space is still available, workshop and lecture passes can be purchased onsite during QuiltCon. There are no discounts available for purchases onsite.

- Early Bird deals for MQG Members!
- All MQG members who register by November 30, 2024 and select the four-day show pass will receive the pass for free!
- NOTE: If an MQG member does NOT register by November 30, 2024, they cannot receive the show pass for free and will have to pay full prices.
- Members also receive 20% off their workshop, lecture, and special exhibit purchases if purchased during early bird registration, which ends November 30, 2024!
- All MQG members who register by November 30, 2024 and select the four-day show pass will receive the pass for free!
- The event goodie bag will be distributed AT RANDOM to 1000 member registrants who register the first week of registration.
- No discounts are available onsite for registration or passes.

Service Fees
All registration transactions are subject to a 2.5% service fee. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total transaction amount and is utilized to support the costs associated with using top of the line registration software, credit card processing, and security protocols.
QuiltCon Refunds, Cancellations, & Transfers
Refunds will be processed based on the date of your cancellation. No same-day payment/refunds will be processed. Refunds can only take place 24 hours or later after your original purchase.
If you cancel between:
- July 31 – August 31: 90% refund
- September 1 – September 30: 80% refund
- October 1 – October 31: 70% refund
- November 1 – December 31: 50% refund
No refunds after January 1, 2025
You can transfer part or all of your registration for a $50 fee. QuiltCon will not refund the money you paid for the workshop; however, you may coordinate payment directly with the person to whom you’re transferring your registration to. Please note that no transfers can be performed after February 4, 2025. Any further transfer requests will be handled onsite at the event. No lecture transfers can take place onsite.
If you are not satisfied with a workshop, please visit the registration desk after the session is completed to fill out a formal complaint form. This form must be filled out within 24 hours of the session to be considered. If we receive five or more formal complaint forms for one workshop, we will issue refunds to the people who completed the form no later than March 30, 2025.
