One Day Show Ticket $15
Wristband for one-day access to the show with the ability to purchase lectures and workshops onsite, as available. NOTE: One-day show passes will be available starting January 2, 2024 and are sold separately. In order to purchase advance lecture or workshop tickets, 4-day show pass must be purchased.

Entrance to the quilt show to view the show quilts, and special exhibits
Access to the Demo Stage, with demonstrations from sponsors and vendors sharing their knowledge with you.
Entrance to the vendor hall curated with the modern quilter in mind and featuring show specials throughout.

Important Dates
- Early Bird Registration for MQG Members opens on August 15, 2023, at 9 am CDT/2 pm GMT
- Registration for Non-Members opens on September 12, 2023, at 9 am CDT/2 pm GMT
- Single-day show tickets will go on sale on January 2, 2024.
- Onsite enrollments: If space is still available, workshop and lecture passes can be purchased onsite during QuiltCon. Please monitor our website prior to the event to see if workshops and lecture passes will be available for purchase at the event. There are no discounts available for purchases onsite.
Deals
Early Bird deals for MQG Members:
All MQG members who register for QuiltCon by November 30, 2023 and select the four-day show pass will receive the pass for free! NOTE: If an MQG member does NOT register for QuiltCon by November 30, 2023, they cannot receive the show pass for free and will have to pay full prices.MQG Members also receive 20% off their workshop and lecture purchases if purchased during early bird registration, which ends November 30, 2023! Discount does not apply to special events.
The event goodie bag will be distributed AT RANDOM to any member registrants who register the first week of registration.
No discounts are available onsite for registration or passes.
Refunds will be processed based on the date of your cancellation. No same-day payment/refunds will be processed. Refunds can only take place 24 hours or later after your original purchase.
If you cancel between:
- August 16 – August 31, 2023: 90% refund
- September 1 – September 30, 2023: 80% refund
- October 1 – October 31, 2023: 70% refund
- November 1 – December 31, 2023: 50% refund
- No refunds after January 1, 2024
You can transfer part or all of your registration for a $50 fee. QuiltCon will not refund the money you paid for the workshop; however, you may coordinate payment directly with the person to whom you’re transferring your registration to. Please note that no transfers can be performed after February 4, 2024. Any further transfer requests will be handled onsite at the event.
If you are not satisfied with a workshop, please visit the registration desk after the session is completed to fill out a formal complaint form. This form must be filled out within 24 hours of the session to be considered. If we receive five or more formal complaint forms for one workshop, we will issue refunds to the people who completed the form no later than March 30, 2024.
All registration transactions are subject to a 2.5% service fee. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the total transaction amount and is utilized to support the costs associated with using top of the line registration software and security protocols.
